Carlos Neuman

Mr. Carlos Neuman is a practicing lawyer since the year 2002. After graduating from the University in Panama he pursued a Masters in Law in the University of London (LLM in Financial and Maritime Law at University College London).

His professional experience ranges from working at the Panama Canal Commission, to working as Legal Manager to a company named Assets Trust & Corporate Services, Inc. a subsidiary of the prestigious Panamanian Law Group Patton, Moreno & Asvat.

Carlos, fluent in English and Spanish, was granted on the year 2001, the degree of Certified Public Translator.

His fields of practice include Immigration Law, Intellectual Property, Admiralty Law, Corporate Law, Contracts and Estate Planning.

Ricardo Faraudo

Mr. Faraudo received his Degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Santa María La Antigua, 2002. Further on, he continued post graduate studies in Banking, Corporate & Financial Law at Fordham Law School in New York City.

Ricardo has vast working experience. He has held legal positions at the Embassy of Panama in Washington, D.C. and in the Panamanian Law Firm De Obaldia & Garcia de Paredes. Most recently he worked in Primer Banco del Istmo (Banistmo), first on the Department of Corporate Banking and later on the Department of Corporate Finance, specializing in raising short-term & long-term capital for Multi-National and Panamanian Companies.

His Fields of practice include Corporate law, Commercial law, Project Finance, Securities, Banking law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Asset Protection & Immigration Law.

Ricardo is Fluent both in English & Spanish.

Gonzalo E. de la Guardia

Mr. de la Guardia received his degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Santa Maria la Antigua in 2002. After graduating from the University he began practicing Law and complementing his studies with a degree in Banking and Finance from ULACIT in 2006.

His professional experience ranges from working in various Law firms as a legal assistant to working as a lawyer in the Legal Department of Panama’s mayor telecommunications company (Cable&Wireless).

His fields of practice include Civil and Administrative Litigation, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Immigration Law.
